Blueberry Pie Bombs

Ingredients :

 

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

 

1 cup blueberry pie filling

 

1/2 cup powdered sugar

 

1 tbsp milk

 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

1/4 cup granulated sugar

 

1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Instructions

 

1. Preheat Oven

 

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

 

 

2. Prepare Dough

 

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

 

 

 

Place 1 spoonful of blueberry pie filling in the center of each triangle.

 

 

 

Fold over the dough to enclose the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly.

 

 

 

3. Bake

 

Place filled dough on prepared baking sheet.

 

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

 

 

 

4. Make the Glaze

 

While baking, whisk together:

 

 

 

Powdered sugar

 

Milk

 

Vanilla extract

 

until smooth and pourable.

 

5. Make Cinnamon Sugar

 

In a small bowl, mix:

 

 

 

Granulated sugar

 

Ground cinnamon

 

6. Finish & Serve

 

Let the bombs cool slightly.

 

Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

 

Serve warm or at room temperature!
