Fryer Boiled Eggs

Preheat the Air Fryer

 

Set your air fryer to 270°F (130°C). Some models may need 275°F (135°C) depending on accuracy.

 

Add the Eggs

 

Place eggs directly in the basket (no foil, no oil).

 

Make sure they’re not stacked—air should circulate around them.

 

Cook Time (choose doneness):

 

Soft-boiled (runny yolk): 9–10 minutes

 

Medium-boiled (slightly jammy yolk): 11–12 minutes

 

Hard-boiled (fully set yolk): 13–15 minutes

 

Cool the Eggs

 

Immediately transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water for at least 5 minutes.

 

This stops cooking and makes peeling much easier.

 

Peel & Enjoy

 

Crack the shell gently and peel. Season with salt and pepper or use them in salads, ramen, or meal prep.

 

Tips & Tricks

 

Older eggs peel easier than very fresh eggs.

 

Don’t skip the ice bath—it prevents gray yolks and overcooking.

 

Batch cooking: You can make several at once (great for meal prep).

 

Serving ideas: Sprinkle with smoked paprika, everything bagel seasoning, or slice over avocado toast.

 

In just 15 minutes total, you’ll have perfectly cooked eggs, no boiling pot in sight!
